Credit cards (as per authorization letter)
Your ticket reservation can be paid by the credit card as per authorization letter.
1. For this you need to reserve your ticket at your most convenience:
- on the web-site www.thai-airways.ru or
- send a request to res@thai-airways.ru or
- make a reservation at the following telephone number +7(495) 647 10 82 or by fax +7(495) 647 10 83
Please send your reservation requests Monday till Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm. If your request is sent after 4.00pm, ticket reservation is not guaranteed at the same day and can be done next day.

2. If you choose payment by credit card, you have to take into account, that:
- all debit and credit are accepted for payment with authorization letter, except VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- Cards without name of the holder and his signature are not accepted (no matter the method of payment: per authorization letter or in person).
- Authorization letter is to be filled in and sent to res@thai-airways.ru or by fax with the copy of the card (both sides).
Please see the following items, that have to be obligatory filled in the authorization letter:
- Precise price of the ticket in rubles for the day of payment. Rounding of amount is allowed into its bigger side only.
- Service fee has to be included into the final amount of the ticket in the authorization letter.
- Names are to be written in Latin transcription in accordance with spelling in passports.
- When paying several tickets one authorization letter can be filled in and one total amount written there, all names of all passengers have to be written in the letter.
3. During the working day the amount written in the authorization letter will be charged-off. As soon as money is received by Thai Airways Moscow reservation department contacts you. Electronic ticket will be sent to your email address.
Attention!
In order to avoid credit card frauds following scheme was introduced to verify payments. When paying by the card on the web-site www.thai-airways.ru or www.thaiairways.com, holder of the card has to take into account, that the card which was used for the payment is to be presented at the airport during the registration for the flight. In other case passenger might be refused in registration and following boarding on flight.
In case holder of the card can not be present during the registration for the flight in person, special Form of Consent is to filled in and verified in the nearest office of Thai Airways International. Filling in the form is possible only by the holder of the card in the office of Thai Airways.
